Sponsorship Packages

Package A .... $5000/year

Primary Sponsorship:

The sponsor’s contribution will be used to purchase fluids, tires, and be used toward the purchase of suspension and front-end components along with other car maintenance. The estimated costs are $2750 for fluids, steering, and tires and $2250 toward suspension, front-end components and maintenance.

The sponsor will receive the entire usable space on the wing side-boards and hood area for advertisement. Additionally, you will receive top billing and most prominent display on the web-site, will be included on all media releases or announcements by Atkinson Racing Enterprises including on our business cards, autograph cards and a large advertisement on all three sides of the car hauler. And, we will provide four pit passes to any four races on our schedule.

Package B .... $2750/year

Associate Sponsorship:

The sponsor’s contribution will be used to purchase fluids and tires. The estimated fluid, steering, and tires is $2750.

The sponsor will receive the entire usable space on the wing side-boards or hood for advertisement. In addition, they will receive a larger display on our web-site, a small advertisement on the car hauler, and will be included in any media releases or announcements by Atkinson Racing Enterprises. Also, you we will be provided two pit passes for any two races.

Package C .... $800/year

Companion Sponsorship:

The sponsor’s contribution will be used to purchase fluids which include oil, rear-end fluid, and fuel for the upcoming season. The estimated fluid cost for the season is $800.

The sponsor will receive a portion, approx. 10” x 12” space, of either the wing side-boards or hood to display company advertisement information, i.e.-decal with company logo, phone #, etc. Also, a link/banner will be displayed on the Atkinson Racing Enterprises web-site, sponsors name will be on all autograph cards, and will be included in any media releases or announcements by Atkinson Racing Enterprises.
