April 28th, BKC at Columbiana

Results

Well, the first race week-end of the Buckeye Karting Championship started off rather well. We went down to Columbiana for the practice day on Saturday and had three rather productive sessions. There were some "minor" problems too, but nothing that wasn't fixable at the track. We were the only oval kart there practicing, so we took full advantage of our time. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use any of our knowledge on Sunday because the race was post-poned due to rain. It will be made-up on June 22nd though, so there will be a BKC doulbe-header at Columbiana that week-end. Our next race will be May 12th at Fremont for a regular points show. It is also track record day. We did get some good news today, and that is we WILL be able to run our Dunlops on the 12th.
